REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, we are happy to accept returns for full-priced, unused items, provided we are notified within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the order to our designated return center.
Visit our RETURNS CENTER to apply for a return. This step must be completed within 14 days of order receipt. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return your purchase in its original condition.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
1. Upon approval, you will receive detailed return instructions via email.
2. Please ensure your order is returned to us within 30 days of the original delivery date. Beyond this timeframe, we may be unable to process your return.
3. Garments must be returned in their original packaging, including all original tags and biodegradable bags. We cannot accept returns for items without their original packaging or tags.
Garments must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. To avoid issues, please try on garments without wearing perfume or deodorant, as stained or odorous items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
4. REFUND PROCESS: Once received, please allow up to 5 working days for our team to inspect and issue your refund. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the goods, minus original shipping costs.
5. SALE ITEMS: Items purchased during promotional events, flash sales, or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
6. SHIPPING COSTS: Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.
