Yes of course. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Unfortunately, we can not cancel an order once it has already been placed. Contact us at info@studiolaloba.com us with your concern and we will do our best to work with you.
This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.
"We are dedicated to delivering your international orders as safely and efficiently as possible. For our customers in Europe, orders are carefully dispatched via FedEx Express or DHL. For orders destined for the United States, we partner with UPS Express and USPS. Depending on your exact location and the courier service, delivery generally takes between 2 to 14 business days. Please note that occasionally, unforeseen customs processing in the destination country may cause slight delays beyond our estimated delivery window."
For UK and USA orders, we use Duty Delivery Paid freight services (DDP) for your parcel, so there are no extra duties or taxes that you need to pay on top.
We also look after customs clearance. If you have any issue receiving your parcel, please reach out to info@studiolaloba.com
If you refuse a shipment from STUDIO LALOBA you are responsible for both the original shipping fees and return fees.

For a more detailed return policy please refer to the “Product Returns Policy” page on our website. Please allow 3 working days for your return to be processed once we have received your parcel.
We kindly ask you to choose carefully when ordering 'Final Sale' items as they arenoteligible for refund. Exchange or store credit only.
For the USA we recommend using USPS for affordable returns. The USPS International Postage Price Calculator is available on their official site.
To get the best shipping price remember to use the lightest posable parcel bag or box.
Make sure you pack the parcel as tight as possible, as the shipping price is calculated by the bigger value between weight and size (metric).

If you need to redeem a Gift Card or a discount/promo code, you can redeem it online with your next order. At checkout you have the option to add your Gift Card or Promo Code discount code to your order during the check-out process prior to completing the order final payment.
Only one Promo Code discount can be redeemed per order, but a Promo Code discount code and Gift Card can be used together on a single purchase.
